Guillaume POIROT is a professional with extensive experience in renewable energy and sustainable urban planning. Currently serving as Chargé de projets Transition Energétique at Valence Romans Agglo since September 2020, Guillaume oversees the implementation of the Renewable Energy Master Plan, manages greenhouse gas emission audits, and coordinates efforts related to the PCAET and Cit'ergie initiatives. Previously, as an Ingénieur Energies renouvelables at ADEME from September 2018 to August 2020, Guillaume provided support for public lighting renovations, collaborated on biodiversity initiatives, and promoted solar thermal and photovoltaic solutions in Réunion. Additional experience includes project development in solar and wind energy at QUADRAN Energies Libres, a research internship at the University of Victoria, and early work in photovoltaic module manufacturing. Educational background includes study at Polytech Clermont and Wrexham University, with preparatory training at Polytech Annecy Chambéry.
