David Kidd is a values-based leader and experienced public manager with extensive expertise in local government operations. David currently serves as the Public Works Manager for the City of Port Coquitlam and has held various leadership roles, including Director of Parks & Public Works at the City of Port Moody and Superintendent at the City of Vancouver. In addition to managing public works, David operates Kidd Consulting, providing teachings on emotional intelligence, employee engagement, and effective communication. Educational qualifications include studies at the British Columbia Institute of Technology and Vancouver Island University.
