Shannon Mitchell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and customer service. Currently serving as a Manager of Customer Experience and Manager of Merchandise Execution at Macy's since May 2019, Shannon also contributes to public service as a Firefighter for the City of Plantation. Previously, Shannon held the position of Store Manager at The Yankee Candle Company, Inc. from March 2013 to May 2018, and worked at Party City as an Assistant Manager and Seasonal District Manager from February 2005 to March 2013. Shannon's educational background includes a high school diploma in International Business from the Pompano Beach Institute of International Studies, earned between 2000 and 2004.
