Chris Webb, AICP, currently serves as the Business Attraction Manager for the City of Plano since June 2024, following a tenure as Economic Development Manager and Business Development Specialist with the City of Farmers Branch from November 2021 to June 2024. In the latter role, Chris was responsible for facilitating complex private development projects and acting as a liaison to ensure adherence to city regulations. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Planner for the City of Waxahachie and roles in meteorology at 5NEWS and FOX West Texas. Chris holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington and a degree from the University of Oklahoma.
