Susan Silvestri is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in implementation, customer success, and management within various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Implementation at Navusoft, Inc. since March 2024, Susan leads a team responsible for deploying software solutions tailored for the hauling sectors, ensuring project success and customer satisfaction. Previous roles include Planning Commissioner for the City of Placentia and Managing Partner at CityGreen Consulting, LLC., as well as significant leadership positions at Michael Balliet Consulting, Valley Vista Services, Nucast Industries, CalMet Services, and Shiseido Cosmetics. Susan's educational background includes graduate studies at Harvard Business School and Cornell University, along with participation in the Marian Bergeson Excellence in Public Service Series since 2022.
