Dennis Yip is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in facilities capital projects and construction management. Currently serving as the Manager of Facilities Capital Projects for the City of Pickering since May 2024, Dennis previously worked for the City of Vaughan from August 2018 to May 2024, managing design and construction projects within the Buildings Division as the Project Manager. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Project Manager at CBRE, overseeing construction projects for a Fortune 500 IT company, and positions at MMM Group, H.H. Angus and Associates Limited, and Fu Associates Ltd., focusing on engineering and project management for various sectors. Dennis holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Mechanical Engineering from Toronto Metropolitan University and has pursued additional certifications in construction project management and energy efficiency.
