William Moss has extensive experience in arts, culture, and recreation management, currently serving as the Arts and Culture Manager at the City of Peoria, Arizona since July 2007. Previous roles include Arts and Events Superintendent and Special Events Supervisor in Peoria, as well as Recreation Program Coordinator for the Town of Fountain Hills. William's career began in recreational roles at the City of Scottsdale and various YMCA locations, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing youth sports to managing family programs. William holds a degree from Northern Arizona University.
