Sabrina Donnelly currently serves as the Business Retention and Expansion Project Coordinator for the City of Pembroke since December 2023 and is also a member of the Digital Service Squad at the Upper Ottawa Valley Chamber of Commerce since March 2023. Prior to these roles, Sabrina accumulated extensive experience at HGS Canada Inc. from March 2005 to March 2023, holding positions as Recruiting Lead, Recruiter, and Trainer. Sabrina holds a diploma from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, where education was completed from 2001 to 2003.
