Shonna Vear Howenstine is a seasoned professional in civic and community engagement, currently serving as the Civic/Community Engagement Coordinator for the City of Paso Robles since March 2007. In this role, Shonna connects residents with local government, elected officials, and organizations. Previously held positions include Tourism Coordinator for the City of Paso Robles, where responsibilities included managing the tourism website and social media, supporting local events, and providing public relations support to the Travel Paso Robles Alliance. Earlier experience includes a role as Marketing Coordinator at the Paso Robles Visitors and Conference Bureau and Advertising Coordinator at Re/Max Parkside Real Estate. Shonna has furthered their education through Cuesta College and participation in Leadership SLO Class XXIV.
