Fred Strong is a Council Member for the City of El Paso de Robles, a position held since December 2004. Strong has extensive experience in municipal governance, including roles on the San Luis Obispo Council of Governments (SLOCOG), the San Luis Obispo Regional Transit Authority (SLORTA), the LOSSAN board, and various committees within the League of California Cities. In addition to public service, Strong owns and operates F. Strong & Associates, specializing in land use consulting, legislative advocacy, and nonprofit management. Previous positions include Editor-in-Chief at the Paso Robles Daily Press and Director of Foreign Language Labs at Marquette University. Strong holds education credentials from Marquette University and Lincoln University.
