Richard Allen, GISP, currently serves as the Geographic Information System Administrator for the City of Pasco since November 2021. Prior experience includes roles such as GIS Production Coordinator/Developer at Gulf Interstate Engineering, where responsibilities involved overseeing GIS work related to pipelines and providing technical leadership. As GIS Project Manager at UniversalPegasus International, Richard Allen created deliverable products and trained analysts and technicians, and previous roles include GIS Technician II in Chandler, and GIS/CADD Technician in Richland. Richard Allen's career began in the United States Air Force as an Engineering Craftsman/Senior GIS Analyst, where disaster preparedness and mapping were key responsibilities. Educational credentials include an AAIT/DBD in Database Design from the University of Phoenix and training from the Community College of the Air Force.
