Ed DeVoe possesses extensive experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and engineering, having worked in various capacities within municipal and private sector organizations. Current role as Geographic Information System Specialist at the City of Pasco involves supporting GIS database development and maintenance across city departments. Previous positions include GIS Technician in Community Planning at the City of Kennewick, and multiple engineering technician roles at the City of Pasco, ConAgra Foods, and Apollo Mechanical Contractors, where responsibilities ranged from managing utility infrastructure to project design and CAD modeling. Education includes a CADD Certificate from Columbia Basin College and a diploma from Pasco High School.
