Justin Larsen started their work experience in 2003 at C Spire as a Market Manager and worked there until 2015. In 2016, they joined Singing River Health System as a Financial Counselor for a year. In 2017, they worked as a Client Services Coordinator at AccuReg - Front-End Revenue Cycle Management. From 2018, they joined the City of Pascagoula, first as a Human Resources Generalist and later became the Human Resources Director in 2020.

Justin Larsen attended The University of Southern Mississippi from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication, General.
