Fred Rosalino is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in information systems engineering and management. Currently serving as Senior Information Systems Engineer for the City of Pasadena since July 2016, Fred is responsible for the architecture and engineering of the city's computing infrastructure and the development of enterprise policies supporting open systems environments. Prior to this, Fred held various managerial positions at IBM, managing storage architecture and integration, and previously at Kaiser Permanente, overseeing storage infrastructure services for digital medical records. Fred's career also includes roles at Nestle and Health Net, showcasing a robust background in IT management and infrastructure support. Fred holds an Associate's degree in Business from Glendale Community College and has pursued education at the University of Phoenix and the University of Southern California.
