Melanie Townsend, PMP, has extensive experience in project management and administrative roles within both government and private sectors. Serving as the Engineering Project Manager and Grants Administrator for the City of Paducah since August 2018, Melanie previously held positions at Roane County Government, where responsibilities included Executive Assistant to the County Executive, EDA Loan Manager, and Title VI Coordinator. Prior roles encompassed accounting as an Accounts Payable Clerk and business ownership as the proprietor of Brown Cup Coffee Co, LLC. Melanie began a career in customer service with Enrichment Federal Credit Union as a Branch Representative. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Hendrix College, earned between 1992 and 1995.
