Cheryl Carter is a seasoned professional in public works, currently serving as a Public Works Coordinator and Permit Technician for the City of Ozark since November 2018. With extensive experience in infrastructure projects, Cheryl has been a vital member of the Springfield Public Infrastructure team, focusing on Building Evaluations related to the Sanitary Sewer Overflow (SSO) project. Prior roles include Construction Tech/Admin at Olsson Associates, where Cheryl specialized in property inspections for plumbing defects, and Field Technician at CH2M HILL, conducting critical testing for the sanitary sewer system. Cheryl's career began in the late 90s with the City of Springfield as a Crew Leader involved in plumbing evaluations and inspections. Additionally, Cheryl was the Owner/Operator of Lil Rascal's Resale, a consignment shop specializing in children's and maternity apparel, managing an extensive client base and inventory.
