Lauren Kimbrough is currently the Pretreatment and Stormwater Administrator for the City of Owasso since September 2022. Prior to this role, Kimbrough served as the Water Resources Coordinator for the City of Broken Arrow from October 2002 to September 2022, managing the Water Resources Division and overseeing areas such as drinking water quality, conservation, the FOG Program, and industrial pretreatment for the Lynn Lane and Haikey Creek Wastewater Treatment Plants. Earlier in the career, Kimbrough held the position of Pretreatment Coordinator, conducting site visits to ensure industrial compliance with city, state, and federal pretreatment guidelines.
