Larry Langford has extensive experience in recreation and culture management, currently serving as the Director of Recreation and Culture for the City of Owasso since July 2011. Prior to this role, Larry held the position of Executive Director at the YMCA of Greater Tulsa from October 2006 to June 2011, and before that, served as Associate Vice President at the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas from January 1998 to October 2006. Larry's career began at the YMCA of Greater Houston, where Larry worked as Senior Program Director from January 1996 to December 1997. Larry holds a degree from Southwestern Assemblies of God University, where education was completed from 1987 to 1991.
