Jacqueline Morrow has extensive experience in human resources and public service, having served at the City of Overland Park since March 1998 in various roles including Human Resources Records Technician, Human Resources Support Specialist, and Police Officer. Prior to this, Jacqueline worked as an Office Manager at Team 3 Architects from May 1990 to May 1998. Academically, Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Administration of Justice from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, earned between 1995 and 1998, as well as an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Johnson County Community College, completed from 1990 to 1994. Educational background also includes a high school diploma in General Studies from Shawnee Mission South High School, obtained in 1990.
