Crystal Smalldon is a seasoned professional in the fields of psychotherapy and addiction recovery, holding multiple certifications including RSSW, CAP, CADCII, ICADC, and MATS. Currently serving as a Victim Advocate with the Orlando Police Department and Clinical Director at the Canadian Addiction Recovery Association, Crystal is dedicated to combating the addiction crisis and supporting recovery initiatives. In addition to roles like Executive Director at the Alcohol & Drug Abuse Certification Board of Georgia and Associate Grant Manager at Pathway Group, Crystal has contributed to various organizations, including Mackay Manor and the Canadian Addiction Counsellors Certification Federation. With a solid educational foundation in addiction medicine and social service, Crystal is actively involved in enhancing community-led projects and improving professional standards in addiction counseling across Canada.
