Lara Yturriaga Paglinawan is the Technology and Support Services Manager for the City of Orange, a position held since April 2013, where responsibilities include overseeing technical and administrative support for the Library's services, managing program resources, and assisting the Library Services Director. Previous roles include Librarian III, responsible for supervising technical services, and Technical Services Librarian II, managing cataloging and acquisitions. Prior to the City of Orange, Lara served as a Librarian at Westwood College, where key projects included accreditation management and library space transition. Earlier experience includes roles as Library Assistant in the Cities of Cerritos and Downey. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from San Jose State University, a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Digital Libraries from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton.
