Alexis Mascarinas is an Associate Engineer with the Ontario Municipal Utilities Agency's Water Resources Department since April 2022, responsible for preparing technical studies on water resources planning, participating in local and regional meetings, and coordinating with various regulatory agencies. Prior to this role, Alexis served as an Engineer II at CWE, focusing on construction drawings and water quality research, and as a Water Resource Engineer at WSP USA, managing groundwater monitoring operations and technical calculations. Experience also includes an internship at the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, where Alexis drafted sewer line plans and conducted pipeline inspections. Alexis holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
