Joe Noel, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Joe started their professional career at the City of Ocala as a Resource Management Supervisor in 2000. In 2014, they held multiple roles within the organization, including Director of the Project Management Office and Chief Technology Officer. In 2015, Joe was promoted to the position of Assistant IT Director, where they currently serve. Additionally, from 2010 to 2013, Joe worked as a Developer/Consultant under their own independent consulting company.

Joe Noel, PMP has a strong education background in project management and business administration. In 2014, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Project Management from Capella University. In 2015, they completed their education at Capella University by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Project Management.

In addition to their academic achievements, Joe also holds certifications that further enhance their expertise. In 2014, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Additionally, in 2016, they became a VMware Certified Professional by completing the Data Center Virtualization (VCP6-DCV) program offered by VMware.
