Thomas Kramer is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in information technology and cybersecurity. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology for the City of Oak Creek since September 2015, Thomas designs, implements, and maintains the city's communications and systems infrastructure. Prior experience includes roles such as Network Operations Supervisor and Senior Patriot Switch Operator in the US Army, where responsibilities included developing various programs and overseeing high-value equipment. Thomas also served as LAN Manager in the U.S. Army Reserve, managing desktop support and acting as an Information Assurance Security Officer. Earlier career experience at CVS Health involved supervising staff and ensuring customer service excellence. Thomas holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance and a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance, both from Western Governors University.
