Shamin Miller has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as the Chief Information Officer for the City of Novato since February 2015, where responsibilities include implementing technology to enhance operational efficiencies and advocating for productivity improvements. Prior to this, Shamin held various roles at Hewlett-Packard from June 1997 to February 2015, including IT Operations - Service Transition Manager, focusing on improving employee experiences and problem-solving through analytics, as well as supporting the development and testing of new solutions. Shamin holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Southern Maine.
