Lauren Beltran currently serves as the Human Resources Coordinator II for the City of North Myrtle Beach since December 2022. Previously, Lauren held the position of Human Resources Operations Manager at Belk from August 2017 to November 2022. Prior to that role, Lauren gained experience as an Assistant Store Manager at Lane Bryant from June 2012 to October 2016, and as an Assistant Manager/Stylist at Marina Rinaldi between December 2009 and March 2011. Lauren's career in retail began at Saks Fifth Avenue, where responsibilities included being a Sales Consultant from February 2006 to December 2009. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Frostburg State University, completed in 2005.
