Michelle Horncastle is the General Manager of the InnovationPlex Recreation and Cultural Centre in North Battleford, having assumed this role in September 2020, following the renaming of the CUplex in June 2022. Previously, Michelle served as the CUplex Manager, overseeing a range of recreational facilities and events since the facility's opening in 2012. Prior experience includes working as a Recreation Coordinator for Saddle Hills County, where responsibilities encompassed facility operations and community outreach, as well as serving as Recreation Director for Assiniboine Valley Recreation, providing programming for a diverse community. Michelle's career also includes a brief tenure as a Recreation Programmer with the City of Prince Albert. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management from Brock University, awarded with First Class Standing, and additional studies at Louisiana State University.
