Kimberly Markowski has extensive experience in municipal administration, currently serving as Senior Assistant to the City Manager for the City of Norfolk, VA since August 1998. Prior roles in the City Manager's office include Assistant to the City Manager and Sr. Executive Administrator to the City Manager. Kimberly began their career as a Paralegal with Rutter & Montagna from April 1995 to August 1998, and has been pursuing education at Tidewater Community College since 1990.
