Michelle Latty has extensive professional experience in administrative and leadership roles, currently serving as the Court Administrator for the City of Noblesville since August 2019. Prior to this, Michelle held positions at Geist Christian Church, starting as an Administrative Assistant from August 2012 to August 2019 and then advancing to the role of Director of Children's Ministry from 2015 until August 2019. Earlier in Michelle's career, a role as Claims Supervisor at Travelers from 1992 to 1997 provided valuable experience in claims management. Michelle obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Indiana University Bloomington, graduating in 1991.
