Jacqueline C. Luna-Davey is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as the Assistant City Comptroller for the City of Newburgh, New York since July 2022, Jacqueline has previously held positions such as Assistant Controller at Vassar College and Accounting Manager at the Council for Aid to Education, Inc. Alongside roles as Managing Accountant at New York Dairy Distributors Co. and Associate Controller at Vilebrequin, Jacqueline began a career at JLL as an Accounting Associate for Grand Central Terminal Retail Operations. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hunter College and an Associate of Science in Accounting from CUNY Hostos Community College.
