Allison Spinelli serves as the Assistant City Engineer for the City of Newburgh, New York, since April 2023. Spinelli has an extensive background in architecture and civil engineering, having held various senior project designer roles at Glengate and The Laurel Group, as well as at M.Gillespie & Associates, where responsibilities included stormwater management design and 3D modeling. As a marketing manager at Mobile Inc., Spinelli focused on branding and visibility in the market. Earlier experience includes a visiting scholar role at Pratt Institute, where research centered on generative systems and design innovations. Spinelli holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Pratt Institute.
