John Saour is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in information technology and systems administration. Currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Analyst for the City of National City since August 2022, John previously held roles as Network Administrator and Information Technology Analyst at the City of El Cajon. John’s career includes multiple positions at the City of National City, ranging from Information Technology Analyst to MIS Technician II. Earlier, John worked as a Systems Administrator for the Barona Band of Mission Indians and Reliant General Insurance Services, as well as a Helpdesk Engineer at K&R Network Solutions. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Statistics from Al-Rafideen University College and has furthered education at Cuyamaca College.
