Ricky Caperton, AICP, currently serves as the Planning Manager for the City of Napa since July 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Deputy City Planner and Senior Planner for the City of Clovis from January 2019 to June 2022, and Planner III for the City of Fresno from July 2017 to December 2018. Ricky also worked as a Senior Environmental Planner at LSA Associates, Inc. and held positions at PlaceWorks, Lisa Wise Consulting, Inc., and Crown Castle International in various planning and environmental capacities. Ricky's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Environmental Law and Policy from Vermont Law and Graduate School and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Planning from Sonoma State University.
