Liz Alessio currently serves as the Vice Mayor of the City of Napa and the Executive Director of the Napa County Historical Society since 2019. With extensive experience in community programs, Alessio previously held the position of Senior Community Programs Services Coordinator at St. Joseph Health, managing charitable donations and grants. Alessio also led Operation: With Love from Home, a volunteer organization supporting deployed service members. Earlier career roles include Patient Access Specialist at Queen of the Valley Hospital and business owner at Napa Valley Destinations. Educational qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Communications from Napa Valley College and participation in leadership programs such as Leadership Napa Valley.
