Justine Butler is an experienced hospitality manager with a background spanning several years in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as the Hospitality Manager at Harvest Restaurant Group since August 2020, Justine oversees daily operations while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and managing inventory levels. Previously, Justine held the same title at Zinburger Wine and Burger Bar from June 2017 to May 2020, managing a large staff and monitoring health and safety standards. Early career experiences include roles as an Hourly Manager, Bartender, and Server, alongside a nurturing role as a Nanny for two young boys from August 2015 to July 2017. Justine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Bowling Green State University, earned between 2011 and 2016.
