Matt Foster, CPRP, CPSI, serves as the Director of Parks & Recreation for the City of Murphy, TX since August 2005, after holding the position of Parks Superintendent. Prior experience includes working as a Groundskeeper at Dallas Baptist University from July 2000 to October 2001. Matt Foster is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Public Service and Public Policy at Arizona State University, with an expected graduation date of December 2023.
