Jennifer Pierson is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in the field. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist for the City of Moorhead since January 2020, Jennifer has previously held the position of Human Resources Coordinator for Clay County, Minnesota, from October 2008 to January 2020. Prior to that role, Jennifer worked as an Administrative Assistant II Benefits at MDU Resources Group, Inc. for a brief period. Jennifer began the career in human resources as a Human Resources Assistant at the North Dakota Information Technology Department from October 2007 to June 2008. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from North Dakota State University, which was completed between 1995 and 2000.
