Tammy Hand is a seasoned Technical Support Engineer with extensive experience in hardware and software support, currently serving the City of Montgomery since August 2007. Additionally, Tammy has been part of the Information Technology department in Montgomery, Alabama, since March 2007, demonstrating a deep commitment to technical excellence. Prior to this, Tammy held the position of Field Services Manager at Colonial Bank from 2003 to 2007, overseeing technical services for six corporate offices across the Gulf Coast region and managing a team of seven technicians supporting over 6,000 users. Furthermore, Tammy excelled as a Network Field Services Raised Floor Server Farm Manager, maintaining a SAN system and managing over 400 servers while ensuring security and optimal operational conditions in server rooms. Tammy holds a degree from Troy University in Montgomery.
