Kevin Menchavez is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in public service and customer success. Currently serving as a Firefighter for the City of Monterey since February 2020, Kevin previously held the position of Seasonal Defensible Space Inspector at Marin County Fire Department from May 2019 to January 2020. Before transitioning to public safety, Kevin built a successful career at Box, where roles included Manager of Customer Success, Team Lead, and Customer Success Manager for National Accounts. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Salesforce, serving as an Account Executive and in various corporate sales positions, as well as contributing as an Assistant Language Teacher through the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program. Kevin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English from the University of California, Davis.
