David Mallum has extensive experience in the automotive and fleet management sectors, currently serving as Fleet Manager for the City of Moline since August 1998, after initially joining as a Mechanic II and participating in various project management initiatives. Prior to this role, David co-owned On Track Automotive from June 1991 to August 1998, where responsibilities included automotive and light truck repair as well as vehicle sales. David's educational background includes studies at LaSalle Extension University in Chicago, Illinois, and Blackhawk College in Moline, Illinois.
