Rich Schlesinger, P.E. has extensive work experience as a Civil Engineer in various government organizations. Rich started their career in 1990 with the County of Orange, where they worked as a Civil Engineer until 1996. Following that, they joined the City of Rancho Palos Verdes as a Senior Engineer in 1996 and transitioned to the City of Mission Viejo in 1997, where they held the position of Deputy Director/City Engineer.
Rich Schlesinger, P.E. pursued their education to enhance their knowledge and skills in business and engineering. From 1996 to 2000, they attended the College of Business at California State University-Long Beach, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. During this period, they focused on studying business and engineering. Prior to their MBA, they completed their undergraduate education at UC Irvine from 1985 to 1990. At UC Irvine, Rich obtained their Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) degree. Throughout their undergraduate program, they concentrated on civil engineering, further building a solid foundation in the field.
