Rylee Maner's work experience begins in 2010 at RE/MAX/Scislow Group, where they worked as a Listing Coordinator until 2013. In 2007, they joined Dakota County as a Public Service Associate in the Public Service and Revenue (S&LC) department. From 2015 to 2018, they were a Supervisor in the same department, and from 2018 to 2022, they served as the Manager of Public Service and Revenue (S&LC). Currently, they are working at the City of Minneapolis as the Business Services Manager for the Minneapolis Convention Center.

Rylee Maner began their education at Normandale Community College in 2008, where they pursued an Associate's degree in Psychology. Rylee completed their studies at Normandale Community College in 2010. Following that, Rylee Maner attended the University of Minnesota from 2010 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Biology.
