Daniel Nam is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in both public service and private enterprise. Currently serving as the IT Director and Operations Manager for the City of Milpitas since August 1999, Daniel oversees server resources and manages hardware and software acquisitions. Previous roles include Systems Administrator, managing critical public safety systems, and Reserve Police Officer with the Milpitas Police Department. In the private sector, Daniel founded AppBlu LLC, where responsibilities included database and web design, and earlier founded Cleardesigns, focused on software and hardware development for public safety. Daniel's career began as a Network Administrator at ZAP, managing network and telecom services.
