Senior Management Analyst/assistant To The City Manager at City of Mill Valley

Kelsey Rogers has over 16 years of experience in municipal administration and public policy. Currently serving as a Senior Management Analyst and Assistant to the City Manager at the City of Mill Valley since November 2011, Kelsey has previously held positions including City Clerk/Administrative Analyst and Legislative Committee Analyst for the Marin County Council of Mayors and Councilmembers from December 2017 to December 2019. Additional roles include Assistant Planner, Administrative Assistant, and Records Technician at the City of Belvedere and Deputy City Clerk at the City of Malibu. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from UC Irvine and is pursuing a Master's degree in Public Policy and Administration at California Lutheran University.
