Ashley N. Combs is an experienced urban planner and city manager with a diverse background in community and economic development, human resources, and city administration. Currently serving as the Assistant City Manager for the City of Middletown, Ohio, since December 2015, Ashley oversees multiple departments including Community & Economic Development, Human Resources, and Information Systems. Previously, Ashley held positions such as Development Services Director and Planning Director, managing city grants and various planning commissions. Prior experience includes roles as a Development Manager at CORE Resources, Inc., and Planner for Clermont County, along with internships in planning with major city departments and organizations. Ashley holds a Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning, and a Graduate Certificate in Historic Preservation.
