Brian Wolhaupter is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager for the City of Middleton, Wisconsin, since May 2020, Wolhaupter previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Willy Street Co-op. A notable tenure in the Wisconsin Army National Guard encompassed various leadership roles, including Chief of Staff and Director of Human Resources, where Wolhaupter was instrumental in strategic planning and workforce management for a 7,000-member organization.
