David "D.J." Beauregard, MBA, currently serves as a City Councilor-at-Large and former Chair of the City Council for the City of Methuen, a position held since January 2020. Additionally, Beauregard is the Principal at Ranger Strategies and the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Notre Dame Cristo Rey High School, both roles assumed in November 2018. Previously, Beauregard worked as the Economic Development Coordinator for the Town of Arlington, MA, from December 2022 to March 2023, and served as the Director of Communications at Armstrong Advisory Group from May 2015 until November 2018. Beauregard holds a Master of Business Administration from Liberty University and a Bachelor's Degree from Boston Baptist College, complemented by education from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and Methuen High School.
