Assistant City Manager at City of Menifee

Bryan Jones PE, AICP, serves as the Assistant City Manager for the City of Menifee since June 2024, overseeing multiple city departments including Community Development/Planning, Public Works, and the administration of the Fire Department. As Principal Strategist at Success Oriented Strategies since December 2021, Bryan focuses on strategic planning and economic development. Additionally, Bryan is the Vice President, Owner & Farmer at Live Oak Vineyard, producing award-winning grape varieties. Participation as a Voting Member representing Caltrans in the California Traffic Control Devices Committee has been ongoing since January 2012. Previously, Bryan held leadership roles such as Vice President at Greenlaw Partners, City Manager and Interim City Manager for Eastvale, Assistant City Manager at Alta Planning + Design, and Public Works Director for the City of Fremont. Bryan's educational background includes a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and a Master’s in Public Administration from Norwich University.
