Morris Montgomery (MBA, USA Ret) has extensive experience in emergency management and military operations. As a Lieutenant in the Special Operations at the City of Memphis Fire Department since September 1998, Morris commands a fire suppression company, overseeing personnel discipline, efficiency, and maintenance of divisional property. Prior to this role, Morris served in the US Army as a Chief Warrant Officer 3 from September 1990 to November 2016, specializing as a Petroleum System Technician Warrant Officer, managing an annual operational budget of 25 million USD for fuel and water systems. Morris holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science in Fire Science Management from American Military University.
