Todd M. Blake is an experienced transportation professional currently serving as the Director of Traffic & Transportation for the City of Medford, Massachusetts since April 2018. With a strong background in traffic engineering and transportation planning, Todd has previously held significant roles including Senior Transportation Planner and Superintendent of Vehicle & Crew Schedules at the MBTA, where responsibilities involved maintaining vehicle and crew schedules and enhancing scheduling systems. Todd's earlier experience includes positions as Senior Project Manager at Traffic Solutions, LLC, City Traffic Engineer for the City of Somerville, and Transportation Engineer at Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. Todd holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University and has additional educational experience from UMass Boston.
